This privacy policy applies to the Chat with Notion app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Oussama Ouazize (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

  • Notion workspace data: Only the specific pages and databases you explicitly authorize us to access through Notion's permission system

  • App settings: Your preferences and configuration stored locally on your device

Communication Data

  • Chat conversations: Your conversations with our AI about your Notion content (processed by OpenAI and temporarily cached locally)

Apple Platform Services

We use Apple-provided platform services to ensure secure and reliable app operation

  • Secure Storage: We use Apple's secure storage APIs (Keychain on iOS) to safely store your Notion authentication tokens
  • Local Storage: App preferences and cached Notion content are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs (AsyncStorage/UserDefaults)

Data Retention and Deletion

  • Authentication tokens: Stored securely on your device until you sign out or delete the app
  • Chat history: Conversations are stored locally on your device and persist until you disconnect your Notion account or delete the app
  • Notion content cache: Database content is stored locally on your device until you disconnect your Notion account or delete the app
  • App settings: Stored locally until you delete the app

Your Control Over Data

  • Notion Access: You can revoke our access to your Notion workspace at any time through Notion's settings
  • Data Deletion: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data including your authentication tokens
  • Subscription Management: You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
  • Disconnect Notion: You can disconnect your Notion account from the app's Settings screen, which will clear all chat history and cached content

Legal Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose your information:

  • As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process
  • When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
  • With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (oussamaouaziz123@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
